Jeju Tourism Organization (JTO) ran a campaign to attract those who’re to join a province-led project looking for local startups whose business is less than seven years in tourism industry. The project was designed to make agile response to post COVID-19 economy, while steering the business in a new direction and creating jobs.

They’ve been looking for business who can make the best use of resources in Jeju to create synergy effect with community residents, give convenient access to tourist experience, while giving better options to solve problems found in tourism industry in the Island, become the trend leader, contributing to job creation and boom in business.

The selectees officially authorized are allowed to work with JTO. The total prize amounts to KRW 100 million, and each will receive financial support up to KRW 50 million.
