Jeju city said that it will open a mobile homepage for cell phone users from August 1st.

Mobile homepage(http://m.jejusi.go.kr) is composed of 16 categories including the introduction on Jeju city, notice and news on Jeju's festivals and events.

Events and festivals and other notices are informed to smart phone users in real time thanks to a Quick Response code added to name cards of city officials and PR materials.

The city plans to increase mobile contents gradually.

An official of Jeju city said that the mobile homepage will be a lot of help to tourists as they can find various information on Jeju city with just a click of homepage address.
