(JEJU=NEWSIS) The Wind Energy Asia 2015 (WEA 2015), a large scale industrial expo and an international conference on wind energy, will be held from February 4 to 6 at the International Convention Center Jeju.

The WEA 2015 will provide an opportunity for participants to talk discuss about the wind energy, seek measures to revitalize the wind energy industry in Korea and set visions to develop a wind power industrial complex in Jeju.

The conference will also hold a business meeting where buyers from 15 countries will attend to support the businesses in the wind power industry.

“The WEA has been growing over the last three years. If we have established the Asia Wind Energy Association to reach out to other Asian countries, we will focus on finding ways to connect the WEA with the MICE industry in Jeju,” said Kim Eui-Keunm, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the WEA 2015.
