According to Yonhap News,

(JEJU=Yonhap News) Jeju Special Self-governing Province announced August 20 that it will establish an office in Shanghai, China and begin operation in September.

The Shanghai office will help Jeju companies to enter the Chinese market, attract tourists that want cruise-related tourism, provide business services to regional companies in Shanghai that wish to make inroads into Jeju, carry out information consulting services and support companies entering new markets.

The province expects the Shanghai office to ensure comprehensive and systematic support for the private exchange between Jeju and China in sectors including trade, culture, tourism and investment.

The Shanghai office is located in the Shanghai Mart, one of the leading trade centers in China.
