(JEJU=NEWSIS) Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced August 20 that it will expand exchanges with China’s Hubei and Fujian. A trade delegation from Jeju will visit the provinces from August 24 to 28.

The delegation will visit Wuhan City of Hubei Province, the largest city in the Central China, and sign a memorandum of understanding to build a friendly relationship between the Jeju and Wuhan.

Jeju, which already shares a friendly relationship and cooperation with Fusian Province, will hold working-level meetings with the province to reach a sister city partnership with the request from the Chinese province.

The delegation will visit Zhongbai Group and Wushang Group, the leading distributors in Hubei, and New Hua Du Supercenter, the largest retailer in Fujian, to seek ways to export Jeju products.
