Gunsan Held Meetings with 13 Chinese Cities

(GUNSAN=Yonhap News) Gunsan City and 13 Chinese sister cities held meetings for three days from April 25 at Shenyang City, China to strengthen their friendly relations and cooperation.

The cities agreed to enhance cooperation in the Korea-China FTA industrial complex and other sectors including tourism.

Gunsan City also held presentations to introduce its tourism resources including the Saemangeum Seawall and Gogunsan Islands to its counterparts.

With its first sister city agreement with a Chinese city in 1994, Gunsan has been promoting exchanges with the Chinese cities in various sectors including trade, culture, arts, education and tourism.
