Iksan Reinforces Administrative Efforts to Help Companies Settle in Foodpolis

(IKSAN=Newsis News) The city of Iksan in North Jeolla Province is reinforcing its administrative efforts to help companies settle in the national food industry cluster Foodpolis.

According to the city on September 7, Mayor Jeong Heon-yul visited the construction sites of three companies currently being built in Foodpolis to encourage all those involve in the project and listen to their grievances.

The companies are Sunsu Bon (functional porridges), bread company Pin Company (breads), and Neo Cremar (functional health foods).

During his visit, the Mayor promised to work with the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Rural Affairs, North Jeolla Province, and other support centers to better provide technological and business support to the companies.

Meanwhile, a total of 37 companies have signed to move into Foodpolis, of which 5 have completed construction and 6 are currently in the process of building their new facilities.
