International Fermented Food Expo Holds a Seminar for Participating Companies

Jeonbuk Institute for Food-Bioindustry announced on October 5 that it held a seminar for participants to the 16th International Fermented Food Expo to be held on October 25.

The seminar was attended by 200 domestic companies that produces fermented food including sauce, alcohol, vinegar, salted fish and health food.

The organizer informed the participants of the operational process of the expo, including consultation for exhibition display and booth management, and introduction to marketing support programs such as B2B export business meeting, selection of excellent products, follow-up support projects.

The International Fermented Food Expo is expected to have 350 companies from 350 countries, and participants can see a variety of products representing each continent as well as Korean fermented food.

The Expo will be held from October 25 to 29 at Jeonju World Cup Stadium.
