According to Yonhap News,
Gunsan, Oct. 24 (Yonhap) -- Gunsan city government announced on Oct. 24 that EV parts manufacturer Egtronics and camping car manufacturer Issac Motors will relocate to Saemangeum Industrial Complex.
Egtronics will invest KRW 13.2 billion by 2021 to construct a factory in a 29,000 ㎡ site that it had rented for a long term within Saemangeum Industrial Complex.
Issac Motors on its part will spend KRW 6.5 billion during the same period to establish a production line in a 13,000 ㎡ site Once the facilities go into full operation, a total of 130 jobs will be created.
A ceremony celebrating the investment will be held at the Saemangeum Development and Investment Agency on Oct. 25. "The two companies' investment will revitalize Saemangeum's efforts to emerge as the center of the EV industry," said Mayor Kang Im-june of Gunsan who pledged to provide full support.
