KSSA opened an education center for smart factories in Jeonju

According to Yonhap News,

Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KSSA) announced on Jan. 14 that they finally opened an education center for smart factories, located inside Jeonju, North Jeolla Province. The center is a specially designed space, letting students experience and be part of production line, which embodied technologies to be applied in the 4th industrial revolution.

The center, which sprawls across 648 square meter site, facilitates labs learning data analytics and how to produce EV dashboards.

The grand opening of the facility is highly expected to help local enterprises remain competent and create more jobs. KSSA said they’re planning to add the education center across the country, starting from Jeonju, Changwon, Daegu followed by Cheonan, while focusing primarily on training HR in smart manufacturing by the year 2022.
