According to Yonhap News,
Saemanguem Development and Investment Agency (SDIA) announced on Feb. 27 that’ll shoot a public ad to attract investors who can finance a tourism development plan to turn Buan County, North Jeolla Province into a tourist hot spot, expected to spread across 81,631㎡ near Saemanguem PR center. The place to be developed will encompass a theme park, resort town and public amenities to enjoy.

Once they find a source of fund through the ad, SDIA will embark on the project from the first half of this year and make it come to an end until the year 2025. Candidates can apply till the 2nd week of April and will be selected in June.
