According to Yonhap News,

YH energy, a photovoltaic system maker, signed an investment MOU with Saemangeum Development and Investment Agency (SDIA), North Jeolla Province and the city of Gunsan on Dec 8. The solar panel producer unveiled its plan to invest KRW 16.3 billion into Saemanguem industry cluster, in which YH energy’s new production facilities are set to be established.

Once the new factories are built up, they’re anticipated to add 190 new jobs, producing PV generators and miniaturized wind turbines. Head of SDIA said “We’d like to express sincere gratitude to YH energy, who made such investment into the province. We’ll spare no effort to help the investor further scale up, seeing shared growth with the cluster.”
