Midam signed an investment deal with Foodpolis in Iksan city

A meat and poultry processor, Midam, signed a land purchasing deal with the Foodpolis on Jan 8. Under the contract, Midam will spend ndealy KRW 1.7 billion on the establishment of a new manufacturing plant on a 3,075㎡ site within the cluster by the end of next year. Once the new factory is established, it will produce a wide range of product lines which include fried chicken, sausage, pork-cutlet etc. The poultry processing company also unveiled the employment plan which adds 37 new jobs.

The head of the cluster said “I would like to express sincere gratitude for the very first investment into the Foodpolis this year. We’ll make an all-out effort to help the investor successfully build out string business base in the city.”
