Miwon Commercial invested KRW 12 bln in building up production facility in Iksan Cluster

The city of Iksan said a precision chemical company Miwon Commercial Co., Ltd. unveiled its investment plan in the 3rd Iksan Industry Cluster on May 18. Spending as much as KRW 12 billion by the end of the year 2023, Miwon Commercial is set to build up its manufacturing plant on a 10,829㎡ site near the cluster. Once the project comes to an end, approximately 30 new jobs are likely to be added.

The chemical technology developer has invested KRW 31.7 billion in the production facility, producing anion surfactants since 2016.

In celebration of the investments, the city mayor left a thank you message saying “We’d like to extend the deepest gratitude to our investor for such a bold decision made in these though times. The city of Iksan pledges to keep working on facilitating favorable business climate for potential investors to come in.”
