According to Yonhap News,
Doosan Fuel Cell, a fuel cell manufacturer, is to expand factory in Iksan 2nd Industrial Complex, Jeonbuk.
Doosan Fuel Cell is to build a fuel cell manufacturing factory on the area of 28,452㎡ with 110 billion won investment by 2024.
When the factory gets up and running, about 90 jobs are expected to be generated.
Meanwhile, Doosan Fuel Cell built Korea's largest fuel cell manufacturing factory in Iksan 2nd Industrial Complex in 2017.
Iksan's mayor said, "The fuel cell is expected to continue its growth momentum driven by the government's green hydrogen policy," adding "When the investment comes through successfully, it will help generating decent jobs and revitalizing local economy."
