According to Yonhap News,

Aha Food, specialized in manufacturing and selling frozen dumplings, will invest KRW 30 billion in the Iksan National Food Cluster in Jeollabuk-do to build a factory.

The company, established in North Chungcheong Province in 2005, plans to build a factory on the site of 37,000 ㎡ within the National Food Cluster starting from November until the second half of next year and hire about 90 employees.

To this end, Iksan-si and Aha Food signed an investment MOU at the city hall on October 12 and agreed to cooperate in the process of factory construction.

The National Food Cluster, in which 8 company support facilities are gathered, has been carrying out customized support activities ranging from distribution, marketing to securing sales channels.

At the signing ceremony, the city's mayor said, "this investment decision of Aha Food, who has led the innovation of the dumpling industry, will contribute to revitalizing the local economy of Iksan-si," adding "we will concentrate all our capabilities to ensure the National Food Cluster, established itself as a mecca of the food industry, to become a driving force of 'K-Food'."
