Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do said on November 25 that the construction of an agricultural industrial complex in Sugye-ri, Samrye-eup, will be completed by the end of this month.
The project has been led by 'Wanju Agricultural Industrial Complex Development Co.' established by joint investment of Wanju-gun, Moa Construction and Sambu Construction since January 2019.
The agricultural industrial complex is built on a site of 297,700 square meters, with KRW 58.9 billion project cost, and 35 companies have applied to date.
31 companies have already signed an agreement for occupancy.
Wanju-gun expects that thanks to the location of Complex, which is in proximity to Honam Expressway and Iksan Pohang Expressway, and nearby Wanju Industrial Complex and Jeonju science Industrial Research Complex, it will lead to the creation of an economic effect of KRW 150 billion.
