Imsil-gun, Jeollabuk-do said on February 14 that it begins recruiting tenant companies for Osu 2nd Agro-Industrial Complex.
The industrial facility lands within Osu 2nd Agro-Industrial Complex, set for commence of construction in Geumam-ri, Osu-myeon by June this year are 20 parcels of land, 19,754㎡ (about 33,000 pyeong).
The estimated sales price is KRW 91,770 per ㎡ (KRW 302,840 for 3.3㎡), lower than nearby industrial complex.
This agro-industrial complex consists of regional specialized complex related with pets and general agro-industrial complex.
The industries eligible for moving in the agro-industrial complex are: pet product manufacturing industry for specialized industrial complex; F&B manufacturing companies, 1st metal manufacturing industry, non-metal manufacturing industry, metal processing products, and other machine and equipment manufacturing industry.
Tenant companies can receive various benefits, depending on the scale of investment and employment, including investment subsidy of the province and county.
