According to Yonhap News,

Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do announced on May 16 that it will hold this year's International Seed Expo in October and calls for participation of companies by May 27.

All companies related to seeds, raising seeding, agricultural materials, and agricultural machinery are eligible for participation.

Participating companies can exhibit and sell their products to farmers, domestic and foreign buyers in their booths on the exhibition halls.

They can also use various export-support programs.

This expo is the only seed industry expo in Korea and is held every year to foster the seed industry as a future growth industry.

This Expo was held online for the past two years to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. But it will be turned into offline this year, to be held for three days from October 13-15.
