According to Yonhap News,

Cowell Fashion promised additional investment in the 2nd general industrial complex in Wanju Techno Valley, Jeonbuk State, following the previous investment commitment of KRW 220 billion.

On August 28, Jeonbuk State signed an investment agreement with Cowell Fashion, Wanju-gun and Wanju Techno Valley.

Under the agreement, Cowell Fashion will build logistics facilities and clothing sales facilities on a 40,000 ㎡ site in the 2nd general industrial complex in 2027.

Cowell Fashion plans to use companies and manpower within the province in building and operating its facilities.

Jeonbuk State said it will not disclose the size of investment and the number of employees at the request of the company.

Cowell Fashion already signed an investment agreement in December 2022 to build a logistics warehouse on a 145,800㎡ site in the 2nd general industrial complex by investing KRW 220 billion.

The company plans to commence the construction of the logistics warehouse early next year.
