Yeungnam University - Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission signed an agreement
Yeungnam University (Chancellor Lee Hyo-su, third from left) and Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (Head Dr. Turki Fahad Al-Ayyar, third from right) signed an agreement for exchange focusing on joint research, academic exchange, long-term and short-term educational courses, and student exchange.
Yeungnam University said on March 10th that it signed an agreement for exchange with Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) in Korea for the first time among regional universities.
The two parties have agreed on joint research, academic exchange, long-term and short-term educational courses, student exchange, and academic material exchange, and to cooperate in building partnership.
Besides, Yeungnam University plans to participate in Global Education and Training Exhibition, which will be opened at Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, hosted by the Ministry on April 19th in a bid to enhance exchange with 25 national universities and 15 private universities in Saudi Arabia and attract students from the Middle East.
Yeungnam University said “the agreement for exchange is the first step to draw more students from countries in the Middle East.”
