JEOLLABUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(JEONJU=Yonhap News) The investment promotion group comprising officials from North Jeolla Province, Gimje City and the Jeollabukdo Business Agency will visit the Chinese-speaking countries including Singapore and Malaysia from October 27 to 30 to hold investor relations sessions to attract investment for nurturing carbon companies.

The group will introduce the ordinance on attracting carbon companies to the institutions including the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Singapore Manufacturing Federation and Malaysian Investment Development Authority to encourage them to invest in the carbon companies.

The province expects the investment from the companies and institutions in the Chinese-speaking countries to not only create more jobs but also act as a catalyst to expand the base of the carbon industry.
