Reason for proposal & Main content

As Occupational Safety and Health Act was partially revised (Act No. 18180, pronounced on May 18, 2021, effective on November 19, 2021), this is intended to supplement systematic and operational insufficiencies by the methods of improving the regulations and provisions on delegated matters to meet legally upgraded regulations on the exclusive work of safety and health managers, those of establishing the matters delegated by the Act and the matters needed to execute such matters, and those of expanding special type workers to be protected.
