1. Reason for amendment

○ As Korea and the international community pledge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions with the declaration of ‘Net-Zero’ in 2020, marked by Korea submitting the “2030 Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC)” and “2050 Long-term Low GHG Emission Development Strategy (LEDS)” to the U.N., it is intended to improve the processes of agriculture and to reflect other systematic improvements in order to reduce the environmental/carbon footprint such as GHG emissions attributed to livestock as well.
