Waste items whose import is restricted for the promotion of recycling of waste occurring domestically and their appropriate treatment shall include: waste synthetic polymer compounds [except waste high-density polyethylene (HDPE), waste polycarbonate (PC), waste Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin], and waste fiber.
