1. Reason for amendment
As the Act on the Promotion of the Development, Use, and Spread of New and Renewable Energy was amended (April 20, 2021) and the upper limit of obligatory supply ratio of renewable energy was increased from 10% to 25%, the aim is to increase the obligatory supply ratio by step.
2. Main content
A. Adjustment of obligatory supply ratio each year (Attached Table 3)
- The obligatory supply ratio, which has been fixed at 10% since 2022, is increased by step from 12.5% in 2022 to 25% in 2026 to stimulate the distribution of renewable energy.
