(GWANGJU=Yonhap News) Senior Medical Industry Fair SEMEDIC 2017 is set to take place at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju City.
Some 180 companies in the fields of medical and dental equipment, rehabilitation devices, wearable robots, and products for the elderly will be participating in the event.
The fair is also expected to create synergy with the 8th Honam Academic Symposium on Dentistry, which will be held concurrently.
The fair will feature various programs, including consulting sessions to help companies enter foreign markets and increase exports, as well as workshops, lectures and other events.
In particular, some 30 buyers from around 10 countries including China, India and Russia will participate in the consulting sessions for export promotion.
