According to Yonhap News,

GWANGJU, Oct. 20 (Yonhap) -- As part of subsequent services to support local economies, the city of Gwangju said it'll run a briefing session inviting local enterprises to tighten up business network with Silicon Valley at Kimdaejung Convention Center on Oct 23, right after the US delegation made a visit to the place a few days ago.

This briefing session would be the venue to share what both parties have talked and how to build up mutual cooperation in the coming days with local startups, businesses who want technology transfer or FDI attraction and the beneficiaries of government's industry-affiliated universities finance sponsorship program.

At the session, invitees will be provided with information on how to benchmark and work together with world-class R&D center and institution advancing AI technology.

The city says "Gwangju city will make full support to promising enterprises to transform them into the leaders of AI industry in Korea so as to help them get fully ready to jump in global high-tech industry."
