According to Yonhap News,

Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) announced the launch of its business support program on May 24, which aims to help locally based businesses hit hard by the lingering impact from the COVID-19 induced recession find new sales channels and share personalized marketing tips that suit each company’s need. To provide such aid package, GCCI selects 25 potential candidates, headquartered in Gwangju city and struggling with marketing, until June 11.

GCCI picks out 10 candidates, offering information on the government bids and consulting services to get access to local and state bidding. As a means for marketing support services, GCCI provides digital PR and ad material production under circumstances where the pandemic has led almost all businesses to shift the format of on site events or in-person engagement to virtual interaction, and employs business networks across Chamber of Commerce and Industry nationwide. On top of such efforts, GCCI also hosts business matching events letting local companies showcase new technologies to relevant business to work with.
