Gwangju-si will hold the '2021 Gwangju Medi Health Industry Exhibition' at the Kimdaejung Convention Center on October 1-3 to revitalize the medical healthcare and beauty industries, and to open up new markets.

This EXPO, held for the 16th time this year, is to support buyers' purchases and help visitors see and experience the latest industry trends by showcasing the latest technologies and products of the local medical healthcare and beauty industries.

In order to revitalize Gwangju medical tourism, a medical tour will be provided alongside to foreign students and overseas buyers to experience advanced medical services and tourist attractions.

The national HODEX2021 (Honam area dental conference and exhibition) hosted by the Korean Dentist Association and the Gwangju Dental Association will also be held at the same time.

In particular, there will be various business programs for participating companies, supporting the opening up of domestic and overseas markets, by providing online business meetings with overseas buyers, and purchasing consultation inviting distribution buyers for local companies having difficulties in finding markets due to the COVID-19.

Also, there will be a lot of events to enjoy. For example, there will be free customized color diagnosis (personal color diagnosis), lecture by hospital director on overcoming infertility on October 1, celebrity live home training (influencer live home training), Brain Aerobics (exercise for brain health) on October 2, and pain relief exercise by professor Hong Jeong-gi on October 3.

The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 1-2, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on October 3. Admission is free.
