The Gwangju International Senior & Humancare Expo 2012 was held at Gwangju Kimdaejung Convention Center from last Thursday to Saturday.
Chonnam National University, Chosun University, Gwangju Technopark and dental service providers participated in the expo.
The smart dental service is an application for dental consulting service that is designed to facilitate communication between dentists and patients regardless of time and place.
The Regional Innovation System, a project group established to accelerate the growth of regional industries and comprised of members of Chonnam Graduate School of Dentistry, launched the joint brand Kobit in partnership with Gwangju-based bio component and material manufacturers. Precision Dental Equipment and Component Technology Center of Chonsun National University displayed relevant technology and products.
A symposium where world-renowned scholars from Norway and Japan attended
was also held on the sideline of the expo under the theme of "Aging and
Happiness."
