(GWANGJU = Yonhap News) A research shows that employment in the city of Gwangju rose by 41,000 in the past year.

According to the Economically Active Population Survey by Statistics Korea published on April 9, Gwangju had 727,000 employed workers last month, up by 41,000 compared to the same month last year.
