(GWANGJU = Yonhap News) Mayor of Gwangju Kang Woon-tae held a press conference at the city hall on April 3 and announced that he will focus on developing Gwangju as the cultural content industry-oriented city.

Kang said that it will lay a foundation for the cultural industry by establishing CGI Center and CT research center, designating cultural industry investment promotion zone and raising cultural industry fund.
