According to Yonhap News,

(GWANGJU=Yonhap News) Gwangju City will hold the seventh International Climate & Environmental Fair at the Kimdaejung Convention Center, September 9 to 11.

A total of 143 small- and medium-sized companies and large-scale companies in the environment sector and public institutions with specialized environment technologies have established 381 booths to develop the environment industry in Gwangju and South Jeolla Province.

The fair comprises a climate change industry hall, atmosphere & waste hall and water treatment hall to showcase the new technologies and products.

"A job fair for the environment industry in the Honam region will also be held to secure excellent human resources. We will strive to develop the environment industry and help regional companies to enter the foreign markets," said a city official.
