DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(DAEGU=Yonhap News) The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority announced December 29 that it has secured KRW 54.8 billion to build relevant infrastructure in 2016. It is the largest amount among the free economic zone authorities in the country.

The Authority plans to build infrastructure, including access roads, expressway, water supply facilities and buffer storage facilities at the Gyeongsan Knowledge industrial zone.

"Until now, the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy has provided national expenses only for building access roads and expressway. However, the Ministry has decided to support other infrastructure as well in 2016," said an Authority official.
