(DAEGU=Yonhap News) The Daegu International Fashion Culture Festival, an event combining fashion with the textile and cultural industry will be held in Daegu for five days from Oct 3, 2016.
The festival has been hosted by Daegu Metropolitan City and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Fashion & Culture Industry Development Agency (KFID) since 2014.
This year's festival will feature K-Pop performances, collaborative fashion shows of Korean and international designers, and the Chinese traditional clothes & Hanbok show.
"Various programs prepared for the festival will be helpful for Daegu-based fashion designers and companies in marketing their brands," said an official of the KFID.
