According to Yonhap News,
(DAEGU=Yonhap News) Information sessions to help businesses fund the commercialization of outstanding technologies are set to be held on Mar. 8 at the Daegu Convention Center.
At the event co-hosted by the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT) and Daegu Technopark, some 70 companies in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang region have signed up to participate.
The event schedule will include seminars on government support for financing technologies and on how businesses can enhance their core capabilities, as well as investment consultation sessions and a forum for startups.
KIAT President Chung Jae Hoon plans to participate in the Startup Future Innovation Forum, and meet with startup representatives.
In the latter half of this year, KIAT plans to hold similar events in the Jeolla region.
