On May 9, Daegu city announced the opening of "2019 Daegu, Gyeongbuk Fair" at EXCO on May 10-12.

To help easily follow festivals and cultural events happening in Daegu throughout the year, a calendar with the annual schedule is installed.Besides, a photo zone with Daegu International Opera Festival as a motive, and experience zone for Daegu Chimac Festival are also set up.
A city mayor said, "We hope this will serve as a place for various organizations in Daegu and Gyeongbuk to share information and publicize Daegu's resources for enjoyment".
