According to Yonhap News,
The city of Daegu announced on Dec. 28 the opening of 60 new, foreign guests-only restaurants, part of efforts to get fully ready to welcome guests overseas, especially when being close upon '2020, the year of Visit Daegu-Gyeongbuk' campaign.
Getting registration form from those who wish to be since last October, the city formed a special committee in charge to select the best candidates, qualified enough to serve foreign guests.
These restaurants will be provided with amenities, sanitary products and muti-language menu service over the next two years for customer conveniences. Daegu city also runs a course of consulting service and special classes for the restaurant owners in an attempt to help them enhance service capability.
