The Small and Medium Business Administration in the city of Daegu and Gyeongbuk announced on Jan. 11 the launch of its service to stop at and directly meet with smaller enterprises, part of business support activities to help local SMEs, until next month. Along with 15 other local authorities, the administration is planning to visit and open a briefing session over 23 times to encourage local entrepreneurs.
They’ll introduce national support programs and run a 1:1 biz-consulting service, which is believed to help small enterprises set up an annual business roadmap. The organizing body visits and meets with entrepreneurs in Daegu, Gumi and Andong for customized services depending on the scale and the nature of each business. They’ll open a channel to make these SMEs’ voice heard to handle grievances and complaints at workplace.
