Enterprises who flew to join this year’s CES show from Daegu and Gyeongbuk successfully reached an export contract valued over USA 1.64 million in Las Vegas. The city of Daegu said on Jan. 13 that nearly 47 venture startups and local SMEs have taken part in the Korea Pavilion put up inside the world’s biggest consumer electronics show CES 2020 which started on Jan. 7-10. Tech companies small or large developing IoT, robots and smart health care services reportedly signed 425 cases of export deals worth USD 1.64 million.

JungAn Healthcare who showcased a color therapy smart light reached a business contract with a local vendor to supply the products across the United States. The very first shipments to be sent to the U.S. is estimated to be 1,000 pcs.

Woori Soft. Inc., a cognitive rehab training tool developer, put its name on the list of CES 2020 INNOVATION AWARD HONOREE, while signing an MOU for a joint venture firm worth USD 500,000 with Canada’s TUF.
