2020 Daegu International Future Auto Expo was held on Oct 29-30
2020 Daegu International Future Auto Expo was held in EXCO on Oct 29-30 both on and offline to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. At the presence of 50 guests home and abroad, the auto show set up booths to showcase products and services of the participants, while running a special offline biz-program where visitors can meet with potential business partners.
Korea’s flagship automakers Hyundai, Kia and GM, alongside their vendors and partners put their names on the guest lists. A group of industry specialists were also invited to take a tour of the showroom.
There were online meeting rooms where users can be connected virtually to join business talks with global buyers from Japan, US and other places across the world. In connection with the same setting prepared in Shanghai, visitors in Daegu were able to be linked online in real time.
The city government signed an MOU with the Korean Society of Automotive Engineers (KSAE) on Oct 29 for the success of the expo and bilateral partnership to further advance auto industry in Korea.
