According to Yonhap News,

A TF taking charge of the formation of ‘Seongseo Smart Green Industrial Complex’ announced the launch of its service on Feb 3. The TF will take the role of orchestrator, turning the existing facilities in Daegu Seongseo complex into the next-generation, smart cluster which will be built on manufacturing innovation, digitization, energy efficiency and green growth model.

Injecting nearly KRW 9 billion this year into the project, the city will run an HR training program for smart manufacturing and build out smart energy platform and local amenities under the zero- carbon, green growth campaign.

In addition, the city government will also push forward another investment project, financing both private and public funds which total KRW 78.8 billion in 19 city rehab projects. In celebration of the inauguration ceremony, a city official said “We call upon the TF to better team up with the city to push ahead with the projects.”
