DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

The city of Daegu announced a partnership with the On-site Tech Support Hot Line Center located in Kyungpook National University on Mar 10 to provide a one-year technological advice and coaching services for locally based small and mid-sized companies in need of tech-support from Mar this year to February in 2022. For the mentorship program, professors working for eight community colleges will act as technical advisers to help local businesses.

The city government will offer a funding package used to help candidates develop prototype and work with tech mentors. The program was designed to match college professors to trainees, giving access to personalized technological guidance. By picking out four potential candidates every year, the city authorities provide up to KRW 6 million each.

Anyone interested can click on www.hlc.or.kr and submit the application forms (no submission deadline). The program has helped 66 businesses, offering 139 cases of tech-consulting services thus far.
