Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science & Technology (DGIST) is to hold the 2021 1st DGIST Power Bridge in METAVERSE utilizing metaverse platform on August 27.

According to DGIST, the event is the first case among domestic universities to apply metaverse platform to IR event, providing effective communication environment and a sense of presence, overcoming the limit of non-face-to-face events.

DGIST Power Bridge event is prepared to introduce business models of startups based on DGIST technology and provide an opportunity for communication and cooperation among those involved in startups.

The event has been held for 4 years since 2018, and attracted much attention and interest from companies leading the country and regions, venture capitals from home and abroad, and others in the related industries.

In this event, 3 startups based on DGIST's excellent technologies will make investment IR presentations.

It will arouse interest of participants and encourage active participation by providing various entertaining activities such as ▲DGIST startup exhibition ▲Metaverse performance ▲O,X quiz through virtual booth.
