According to Yonhap News,
Daegu-si announced on March 8 that it will hold the 20th Daegu International Optical Show (DIOPS) starting from June 22.
It was originally scheduled to be held on April 20. However, it was delayed in consideration of overlapping schedules with major overseas ophthalmic optics exhibitions such as MIDO (Milan) and SIOF (Shanghai).
The event, to be held at East Wing of EXCO for 3 days, will be held as a hybrid-type exhibition through by establishing an integrated (online/offline) marketing platform.
In the exhibition, various special halls such as the Glasses Industry Metaverse PR Hall, Eyenshop & Eyewear Korea PR Hall, Eyevil Advanced Equipment Center PR Hall, and International Brand Hall will also be prepared.
Currently, 90 companies (about 150 booths) have completed their application for participation.
