DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Daegu-si announced on May 4 that its four projects had been selected for public contest for Smart Specialization Foundation Establishment project, hosted by the MOTIE.

The selected four projects are: establishment of electricity mobility convergence after-use battery test and evaluation center; establishment of future vehicle electric drive parts manufacturing process advancement support; establishment of smart transportation· logistics self-driving robot industry development trans-regional cooperation platform; and establishment of nano- materials and parts industry value chain innovation platform.

For being selected for the project, the city secured the government budget of KRW 21.5 billion for three years until 2025.
