Daegu-si and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on July 24 that they would sell industrial sites in the Daegu National Industrial Complex.
The industrial sites in 2nd stage of the Daegu National Industrial Complex to be sold this time is about 223,000 square meters of 14 lots in Guji-myeon, Dalseong-gun.
It consists of 2 lots for new and renewable energy sector (99,378 square meters) and 12 lots for basic industry sector (123,559 square meters).
The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Office of LH will be accepting applications on August 8-9.
The city will announce the occupant companies on August 18 after deliberation by the Daegu National Industrial Complex Occupant Company Evaluation Committee.
