Daegu Policy Institute Holds a Symposium to Celebrate its Opening
Daegu Policy Institute announced on May 8 that it will hold a symposium under the theme of 'Daegu, The Next 50 Years' on May 11 in the convention hall located on the 5th floor of its building.
This symposium is arranged to celebrate its opening and discuss ways to promote prosperity in Daegu city for the next 50 years.
Presidential Committee for Balanced National Development chairman Woo Dong-ki plans to attend the symposium as a keynote speaker and will deliver his speech, 'The Era of Local Governments Envisioned by President Yoon: Visions and Strategies'.
His speech will be followed by discussions and 6 presentations: Outlook on Daegu's next 50 years; Development Strategies on Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport; Strategies for Nurturing Daegu New Industries; Development Strategies on Mega Daegu; Development Strategies on Daegu for the Youth; Basic Plan for Smart Neighborhoods in Daegu.
