According to Yonhap News,

Korean final league for The 2023 International Robot Olympiad, in which teenagers will compete with the robots they produced and programmed themselves, will be held at Daegu EXCO on August 11-14.

1,740 aspiring robot talents from all over the country will participate and compete in 15 challenges and 27 categories.

'Robot Gathering', requiring the robot to move along the line and gather cube in a designated area and return back, and 'Robot Farming' in which the robot is required to control the authorized humanoid to complete a given mission quickly than the opposition team, are most well-known challenges.

In this year's competition, which marks its 25th anniversary, drone-related events such as drone dance and drone maze will be introduced as pilot challenges.

Some of the winners in the Korean league will be given the right to participate in the World League, scheduled for January next year in Athens, Greece.
